In Twin Peaks, Major Garland Briggs worked on a top secret assignment called 'Project Blue Book'. Whilst working on the project, he received a message that seemed to be draw attention to Agent Dale Cooper. This shirt is based on a photocopy of a partially redacted report of the message.
 
It's a Polycotton T-shirt or Sweatshirt and the image will never wash out or fade as it has been embedded into the fabric. They are applicable for men and women (women often buy the size below).
